excellent service and location
suite upgrade bag holding wine cork
The staff upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge. i could also leave my bags after checkout. This allowed me to have lunch before my train. they gave me plates and a wine cork so i could enjoy wine and cheese in my room. the location is close to many restaurants, bars, and notre dame.
the room was a bit too warm and had winter blankets. i would have liked better control over the room temperature.

the staff provided wine glasses and a corkscrew upon request to enjoy local products. they stored my luggage after checkout and allowed me to explore the area without constraints. this service made my departure smoother.

The staff displayed genuine warmth and offered assistance throughout my stay. I found the location advantageous. Many attractions were within comfortable walking distance. Breakfast featured fresh croissants and various options.
The elevator proved quite small, barely accommodating three individuals. It required patience during peak times.

tiny room old air conditioner
the location was alright, it was close to some things i wanted to see.
my room was really tiny i didnt even get the junior suite. the air conditioner barely worked, it was old and i couldn't change the temperature. the shower was also really small, it was not nice.

the location is near many attractions. i found the staff to be helpful. the breakfast included a typical continental selection, i thought that was good.
my room faced an elevator shaft, so the view was not ideal. the bed was not comfortable. the thermostat did not seem to work properly, applying, twice.
